Refund Policy

In short: one-time payment · no automatic renewal · no refunds. If a technical problem stops you from accessing the premium channel, contact support and we will help restore your access.

1. One-time payments, no renewals

M15 Signals premium memberships are billed as a single, one-time payment for the period you select (currently 1, 3 or 6 months). Memberships do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel and you will not be charged again unless you choose to purchase another period.

2. Strict no-refund policy

Membership grants access to proprietary digital content. For this reason, all payments are final and non-refundable, including for any unused part of a membership period. Please review the plan details, our Terms of Service and our Risk Warning before you pay. If you would like to see our analysis style first, you can join our free Telegram channel.

3. Technical access issues

If a technical issue prevents you from accessing the premium channel after your payment has been verified, contact our support team on Telegram at @m15signals or by email at [email protected]. We will work with you to restore access.

4. Removal for breach of our Terms

If access is removed because our Terms of Service were breached (for example, by sharing premium content or premium channel invitation links), no refund is given.
