Signals are only given through our Free and Premuim Telegram channels.
How long it takes to get access to the Signals?
Almost Instantaneous.
When do you send the Signals?
Most of the signals are sent during 08:00-19:00 (GMT). So traders from all over the world can use our signals for trading. Because these are the peak time in almost every country on earth.
Difference between Free and Premium Plans?
You will get 2-5 signals a week as a Free subscriber. On the other hand, 2-8 signals a day as a Premium subscriber. Also Premium subscribers receive priority response to their queries regarding trading related issues.
How do i cancel my Premium subscription?
There is no need to cancel it. Subscriptions are not automatically renewed, therefore you won't be charged unless you wish to continue and pay again.
How to trade your Signals?
There are various ways to trade our signals. The best way is to use them according to your trading style. Besides that if you need help, we will guide you.
Are your Signals market execution or pending orders?
All our signals are market execution. So you should enter them as soon as possible.
I have problems with spreads, how do i adjust them with your Signals?
Our signal quotes are without spreads. There is no need of an adjustment to "BUY" signals but for "SELL" signals, you have to adjust them with your broker before placing trades. For example, you need to add (+) your broker spreads to the take profit and stop loss quotes.
What lot size should i use for your Signals?
Never risk more than 2% of your equity per signal. So if your equity is 1,000 USD, do not loose more than 20 USD per signal. You should choose your lot size wisely according to the stop loss of every signal. For high volatile pairs, try to use even smaller lot sizes.
Out of 29 Pairs you provide Signals, which are more volatile?
There are 12 pairs which are considered as volatile. They are: EURAUD, EURCAD, EURJPY, EURNZD, GBPAUD, GBPCAD, GBPCHF, GBPJPY, GBPNZD, GBPUSD, USDCAD, XAUUSD.
What if a Signal goes in wrong direction, what should i do?
Let it run until it hits take profit or stop loss. However sometimes there might be a need of modification or manual closure of a signal. In these rare cases, we will send updates to our telegram channels straight away.
Do i have to change my broker in order to use your Signals?
No, you can stay with your current broker. However it is preferred to use our recommended broker in order to avoid differences you may face in price quotations.
Do you do account management or investment plans?
No, we are signal providers. We don't do account management or investment plans. There is a warning given at the bottom of the website. Check that out.
Do you provide Signals on weekend?
No, the market is closed on weekends.
How come there is no Signals today?
There are certain days when the market is either very quiet or very volatile. During these times we may send less or even no signals a day. It can be because of US bank holidays, political crisis, financial crisis, G7 country elections, trade war, health crisis, conflicts raising nuclear threat, major economic news events, etc.
How can i verify your results?
Everything else can be manipulated except practically using something on your own. So join our free telegram channel and use the trial signals. You will get to know if the results are accurate.
There are many Signal providers out there, how are you different?
Our accuracy makes us different. Most signal providers use risk to reward strategies so their accuracy becomes compromised. But we use accuracy strategies so risk of loosing with our signals becomes very very low.
Since how long you are providing Signal services?
This service officially started from late 2018. But the trading department is highly skilled and has experience of more than 9 years of professional trading in forex and commodities.

I see more than one M15 Signals and reviews on Telegram and Web, Why?
We are the creator of M15 Signals. Whatever we have (telegram, social media, reviews and testimonials) are featured on this website. Do not use, pay or believe to someone else's signals, reviews and testimonials other than this website. If you do it, do it on your own risk.
Do you provide signals for binary options?
No, we only provide signals for 29 forex pairs including gold.
What is the minimum balance required to trade your signals?
Minimum is 100 USD, but we recommend 400 USD for better results.
What currency do you charge for your premium subscriptions?
We charge SGD (Singapore Dollar). However, you can use any currency of the world though you may be subjected to some extra currency conversion charges by your bank.
